Color Analysis with Bing is a trade name (DBA) of Bing Gonzalez Coaching LLC ("Company," "we," or "us").

The Company provides personal color analysis services and related educational recommendations. Services may include color palette assessments, personalized color recommendations, digital reports, and related style guidance.

Services may be provided to clients under the age of 18 with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. By purchasing a service, the client authorizes the Company to charge the payment method provided for the amount due.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.

3. Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Due to the personalized nature of color analysis services, no refunds will be provided for completed services, consultations, digital reports, personalized recommendations, or related materials.

Bing Gonzalez Coaching LLC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to make exceptions to this policy when deemed appropriate.

4. Rescheduling & Cancellations

Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, missed appointments, or no-shows may be forfeited and are not eligible for a refund.

If Bing Gonzalez Coaching LLC must cancel or reschedule an appointment, the client will be offered an alternative appointment time.

5. Late Arrivals

Clients arriving late may have their appointment shortened to avoid impacting subsequent appointments.

Appointments delayed by more than 15 minutes may be considered a no-show at the discretion of Bing Gonzalez Coaching LLC.

6. Professional Judgment Disclaimer

Color analysis recommendations are based on the Company's professional training, expertise, visual assessment, and methodology.

Color palette determinations and recommendations represent the professional judgment of the analyst and may be influenced by factors such as lighting, photography, cosmetic products, individual perception, and personal preference.

While every effort is made to provide accurate and personalized recommendations, no specific outcome, level of satisfaction, or result is guaranteed.

7. Intellectual Property

All reports, color palettes, guides, recommendations, documents, graphics, photographs, website content, text, logos, branding elements, and other materials provided by the Company are the intellectual property of Bing Gonzalez Coaching LLC.

These materials are provided for personal use only and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, sold, shared publicly, republished, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

Clients are responsible for downloading and retaining copies of any digital materials provided. Bing Gonzalez Coaching LLC does not guarantee indefinite access to digital files or reports.
