Pre-Session Reflection Form
Welcome!
Please complete this brief pre-session reflection exercise at least 24 hours before our first scheduled session together.
This serves a few purposes:
It helps bring awareness to key experiences and patterns that may be relevant to our work together
It will orient you toward what you want to create moving forward — your direction, goals, and expansion
Keep it simple, honest, and intuitive. The entire exercise should take no longer than 20-30 minutes to complete.

Section I: Patterns & Life Experiences
In this section, you will take inventory of negative, stressful, or emotionally charged past experiences. These are memories you may want to make peace with, or that still feel impactful when they surface.
Just note anything that comes to mind — there is no need to analyze, explain, or fully revisit the story.
It does not need to be exhaustive. A few key memories are enough. If a section doesn’t apply, you can leave it blank.
Please do not spend more than 15–20 minutes total on this section.
For each memory, include:
Brief title (who + where)
Emotions felt (if any)
Belief about yourself (if any)
If there is a memory you don’t want to share, write “No Content”
